The Spectral-temporally Modulated Ripple Test (SMRT) is a test of spectral resolution. The software for conducting this test is available free of cost.

There is a bug running the SMRT on computers which display decimals with a comma (i.e. 24,3). It can be fixed by switching the PC to use a period. Instructions on how to do so are here.

Upgrading from 1.0 to 1.1
To upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1, only the .EXE file needs to be updated. You can upgrade your current installation of SMRT 1.0 by extracting the .EXE file from the 1.1 distribution and overwriting just your old SMRT.EXE file. Please backup your SMRT directory, including log files before upgrading!
